January 19
Update: Merrin talked to one of his contacts with BMW and he speaks spanish. Apparently, it has worked. They came out and told me that BMW called and they have resolved any issues, plus they have a differential in stock and can have me running by 6 this afternoon. That will be great! Thanks a whole hell-of-a-lot Merrin. If this is true, I'll damn sure be a happy camper! Further update: Ok, sure enough, I have possession
of the bike and it feels good so far. We'll test ride it tomorrow south
to Osorno or so. We'll see how it goes. |
