The electricity stopped working as soon as we entered C.J.'s, but Jan and Trudy didn't let that stop them from feeding us. Don Bell brought his battery powered light inside and Jan had enough biscuits and gravy to throw on the feed bag. She also had a gas stove that allowed her to scramble some eggs. It worked out just fine.
