us on a ride to C.J.'s
for breakfast in Whitewright, TX. Herb Corey will be hosting this
ride in place of Bo (While Bo is riding the Hill Country ride)
Depart the gas station in front of Brookhire's on 289 in Celina at 0830. Its on the East side of the road about five miles North of the Prosper Texaco Bo frequently uses as a launching pad. Its also about a mile south of 455. We'll run 455 all the way to Anna and turn North on 5. If someone prefers they could catch us as we pass the Brookshire's in Anna. Its on the South side of the road between 75 and 5. Should pass there about 0850.
We'll turn right on 2862 taking it to Westminster and then North and eventually West on 3133. I'll Turn right (North) on Jim Cannon and take it to FM 121. Turn right (East) on 121 for a short period then Left (North) on 2729 to Tom Bean. We'll turn Left on 11 and go a couple of miles then Right (North) on Campground Road. From here it gets a little fuzzy as the roads and my map have different names. I eventually punch through to 697 and then on to Whitewright. Its all paved, but just barely. It should take about 1:20 total, arriving just before 10:00. Breakfast at Whitewright around 10 am. Ride at your own risk or just meet us in Whitewright. All bikes are welcome, so invite your friends. I would describe the pace as purposeful, but not fast or aggressive. If someone wants to ride fast and aggressive they should plan on meeting us there. I'm more like Bo decaffeinated.
