Iron Butt Texas Memorial 1000
Frank O'dell
November 1, 2013

I have done two memorial rides through the Iron Butt Association (IBA) over the past two years. This year, they offered a more fun and advanced version of the same thing, where you had to stop at given points and take pictures and record the locations as you traveled the 1000 plus miles to complete the venture. I made the ride this year in Memory of my father-in-law, Frank O'dell.

A picture of the route

First stop was in Austin at the Lone Star BMW dealership to honor the late Ardys Kellerman. She was an icon in the IBA with her many rides extending over 1 million miles.
